At the age of 18, Fox appeared in an episode titled "Camel Filters and Pheromones," playing the character Prudence, the granddaughter of the housekeeper. Throughout the episode, she was overtly sexualized, wearing a bikini and engaging in provocative scenes.

This experience was not an isolated incident for Fox, as she has often been treated as a sex symbol throughout her career. Even at the young age of 15, she faced this objectification. Early in her career, while working as an extra on the set of Bad Boys II, director Michael Bay had her perform tasks that left her psychologically scarred.
